We have decades of experience doing business on six continents. We've learned what we don't know, but who does know locally, and how to maintain what we do know. Our team has managed sales, marketing, manufacturing, import/export, facilities, regulatory, personnel, finance, accounting, even helped conduct due diligence, around the world. Global is easy but complex. Being “local” internationally is hard and complex. We help you get things done locally. Then you can navigate on your own.
What we do
For over a decade, we have worked with giant Global 100 firms and small companies including start-ups, on complex problems to be resolved on a local basis somewhere. It typically begins with a phone call, "Do you know anything about this in somewhere?" Usually the answer is, "Yes, here's an example." Or the answer is "Not exactly, but let us talk with people there conceptually and call you back.” We can either do things there locally, or direct them from here thru the language translation, into actions on the ground. All with complete discretion and confidentiality. Market analyses, acquisition and local joint venture due diligence, recruiting and personnel matters, manufacture (including candidates) or import comparisons, regulatory and compliance requirements, market development plans - we've done them, carefully with details. Who we are
Our founder has three decades of experience in additives and consumer packaged goods, including regulated products and food stuffs. Within several multi-national companies, he managed sales development, sourcing, and supply chains in the America's, European, Asian markets in products, food additives and specialty chemicals. With associates, he has founded or collaborated on stand-alone and divisional start-ups on five continents, and led entities and strategic alliances on three. He's advised on due diligences, acquisitions, divestitures, and Board presentations. Our team has professionals in each discipline, with local talent where needed. Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
You’ll be most comfortable, and include the most helpful perspectives, in your office. You're the client. After a couple phone calls, we should come to you. Although some of us live on the north side of Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, others are in Southeast Asia, France, Brazil, and Mexico.
